The biggest change you’ll first notice is that character progression is contingent on the gears and weapons you have rather than in-game skills.</p><p><br></p><p><br data-mce-bogus='1'></p><p>This open-world first-person shooter has everything you can expect from this beloved franchise: a charismatic bad guy followed by an army of baddies with excellent AI. There is no shortage of exploration, hunting, side quests, and liberating convoys that will no doubt make you feel good.</p><p>During the game, you get to explore tons of extremely detailed sceneries with astonishing vistas, all of them peppered with enemy encampments that offer varied challenges. You can explore every nook and cranny and it will prove to be an absolute treat if getting away from all the noise and just gliding through peacefully even for a short moment is your thing.</p><p><br></p><p>We´ve been playing the PC version of Far Cry 6 since it came out last month, and it definitely provides a really distinctive experience for both newcomers and veterans of the franchise. However, we highly recommend playing this title on a machine that can effectively pull out the needed frame rate for a completely seamless experience. Purchase one of our select <a href='https://www.clxgaming.com/amd-raise-the-game' data-mce-href='https://www.clxgaming.com/amd-raise-the-game'><strong>prebuilt gaming PCs</strong></a> for an additional boost of in-game performance.</p><p><br></p><p>There’s a lot to love in the PC version so if you’ve had some lean months doing everything except gaming, get on the game and who knows, you might echo what many game critics and players alike are saying about Far Cry 6.</p><p><br></p><h2><br data-mce-bogus='1'></h2><h2>Back 4 Blood</h2><p>A spiritual sequel to Valve´s Left 4 Dead series, Back 4 Blood, is a fun coop FPS game that puts you in the shoes of a zombie apocalypse survivor with tons of firepower and tools to get your way through action-packed maps. The game contains four single-player campaigns, cooperative mode, multiplayer mode, and online mode, for added replayability, and the community is growing at a great pace.</p><p><br></p><p>If you like sour black humor, and emptying clips into the undead, you’re going to love this game. Set in post-apocalyptic Boston in 2020, Back 4 Blood has 3D sound and graphics with blood effects and satisfyingly destructible environments.</p><p><br></p><p>The Left 4 Dead community showed some skepticism at first due to a change in mechanics. The card system sounded a bit gimmicky, and the new zombies forced players to rely more on strategy than raw firepower. However, the system is intriguing enough to keep us coming back for more, so everybody finally gave it a thumbs up.</p><p><br></p><p>The increased complexity in level design is welcomed as they allow for more exploration, hunting for hidden objects, solving puzzles, and fighting to the death with weighty guns in hand. You can feel that the game developers did a good job at incorporating suggestions and feedback from fans of the L4D franchise.</p><p><br></p><p>It’s far from perfect yet but there are a lot of new elements that make Back 4 Blood more than just a snazzier version of the old game. You can take our word for it or you can try the game yourself.</p><p><br></p><h2><br data-mce-bogus='1'></h2><h2>Jett: The Far Shore</h2><p><br></p><p>If the pandemic still has you imagining worst-case scenarios, The Far Shore will definitely feel like a fairly morbid indulgence. Set in a quarantined post-apocalyptic world, The Far Shore is a first-person game with three episodes where players are left to explore the leavings of the previous civilization.</p><p><br></p><p>The Far Shore is mainly a survival game where fighting off beasts and wildlife in an end-of-the-world scenario makes up your daily routine. You can play alone or take on quests with friends.</p><p><br></p><p>There are also puzzle-solving trials as you fly around the environment, checking for items and areas of interest, and generally just coasting through life like a Maverick.</p><p><br></p><p>There is definitely no need for speed in this game. You can explore the surroundings at your own pace and uncover the mysteries of the downfall of the past civilization at leisure.</p><p><br></p><p>If you feel like a quiet but engaging game, with simple and minimalistic imagery that gives off retro-futuristic vibes.
